Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said that the 2026 budget will allocate VND95,000 billion for science, technology, innovation and digital transformation development.

Meanwhile, agencies have instructed people to access the VNeID application, which contains full data on personal relationships, date of birth, place of birth, etc. Therefore, the Prime Minister emphasized the need to strengthen knowledge and skills training for people, and at the same time, unnecessary procedures that people still have to do “must be boldly and decisively cut”.
